Required Skills:
- 1-3 years sales or prior customer-facing experience preferred, or other applicable work experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Technology adept
- Access to a dedicated vehicle preferred
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Identify new developers, contractors, installers and enroll them as participating contractors for assigned program.
- Achieve and maintain team and individual performance metrics while enabling an excellent customer experience.
- Ability to maintain a professional and accountable approach to work and ensuring reliability in all interactions with customers and team members.
- Apply a high level of program knowledge and utilize collateral tools to explain program benefits and process.
- Provide comprehensive feedback on the depth and quality of customer engagement and effectiveness of marketing collateral within the scope of the business objective.
Working Conditions:
- Working onsite at assigned location(s) or event(s) within the Service Area
- Position requires commuting to and from one or more of NYC (5 boroughs) and Westchester.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of evenings and weekends. Expected 40 hours/week.
