This is not a Maintenance Scheduler position.
 
 This position provides planning/scheduling support to meet multiple mission requirements located in multiple locations. Candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, including proposal schedule development, review/support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development. Advises the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened, including factors which may impact delivery or cost. Ensure Communication and Cross-coordination with IPTs. Candidate will have experience utilizing Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment. Possess ability to prepare status reports, metrics and make presentations as required. Must be self-starter and have demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling hands on experience. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as required.

Basic Qualifications :
• Experience with Critical Path
• Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool
• Experience in schedule control processes, proposal development, internal & external audits, and project management integration
• Must have experience with Microsoft Project
• Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input

Desired Qualifications:
• Experience working independently across Technical Teams developing a basic level understanding of the technical product
• Experience with Capture, Research & Development, Production Scheduling Requirements and dependencies between functions
• Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management)

 Basic Qualifications :
• Experience with Critical Path
• Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool (primary)
• Must have experience with Microsoft Project (secondary)
• Must have experience with Milestones Professional
• Experience in creating and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), including proposal development schedules.
• Cradle to grave project schedule creation experience required (created new schedule from SOW to completion)
• Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input
• Experience in schedule control processes, internal & external audits, and project management integration
