  • Prepare recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly SEO performance reports and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Pull, validate, reconcile, and synthesize data from multiple sources to support SEO analysis and reporting.

  • Develop and maintain automated reporting workflows using APIs, SQL, and Python, where applicable.
  • Monitor ongoing website performance across analytics platforms, crawls, alerts, and search tools.
  • Assist with stakeholder presentations and reporting materials, including PowerPoint decks.
  • Support ad hoc data requests and analysis related to SEO initiatives.
  • Stay current on SEO, analytics, digital marketing, and AI-driven search trends and developments.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, digital analytics, marketing analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience analyzing SEO performance for products or brands with a global web presence, including multiple markets, locales, or languages.
  • Strong understanding of SEO KPIs and performance metrics.

  • Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.
  • Intermediate SQL skills, including experience querying large datasets.
  • Experience using Python or R for marketing analytics, data extraction, transformation, and analysis is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with APIs to retrieve and analyze data.
  • Familiarity with dashboarding and visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with web crawling, scraping tools, and/or automated reporting workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify meaningful trends.
  • Strong understanding of SEO concepts and the ability to translate SEO data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience preparing recurring reports and presentation-ready materials.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience measuring performance across AI-powered search and discovery platforms, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar tools.
  • Experience working with streaming, entertainment, media, publishing, or other large-scale digital platforms.
