We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit. This role involves providing high-quality care to critically ill patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
General Information
- Number of Beds: 24
- Number of Staff: 46
- Patient Ratios: 1:2 (1:3 for PCU boarders, 1:1 for sitters or higher acuity- IABP, CRRT, open hearts)
- Unit Staffing Description: 1 CCT/US during day shift if > 10 patients
- Documentation System: EPIC
- Scheduling Requirements: Straight nights or 50/50
- Floating Policy: PCU or as a sitter anywhere in hospital inpatient
Typical Hiring Profile
- Must Have: 2 years of ICU experience, will consider 1 year strong experience

- Experience with ventilators, vasopressors, restraint use, arterial lines, and other ICU skills
