Technician 1 – Repair & Maintenance

Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM

Job Summary
The Repair & Maintenance Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and calibrating analyzers to ensure reliable instrument performance and timely return to customers. This role supports manufacturing and post-market service activities by troubleshooting product issues, documenting repair work, and following established quality system requirements. Candidates with relevant experience are preferred, but entry-level applicants with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot analyzer issues to identify the cause of performance or operational problems.
- Repair and maintain analyzers to ensure reliable operation and timely return to customers.
- Calibrate instruments and verify performance according to established procedures.
- Support manufacturing and post-market service activities.
- Document repair, maintenance, calibration, and verification activities accurately.
- Follow quality system requirements and applicable work instructions.
- Help resolve product issues and support consistent service quality.
Job Requirements
- Relevant repair, maintenance, calibration, or troubleshooting experience is preferred; entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Basic mechanical or technical aptitude and willingness to learn instrument repair procedures.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and established quality procedures.
- Attention to detail when performing repairs and documenting work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
