1. Overview
This notice applies only to residents of Illinois. Industrial Staffing Services, Inc. dba Equiliem, Industrial Staffing Services LLC dba Equiliem Energy, Rotator Staffing Services Inc. dba Equiliem Government, Medical Staffing Services Inc. dba Equiliem Healthcare, and Block Staffing Services LLC dba Equiliem Consultants (collectively, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) may use artificial intelligence (“AI”) to influence or facilitate employment decisions. AI means a machine-based system that, for explicit or implicit objectives, infers, from the input it receives, how to generate outputs such as predictions, content, recommendations, or decisions that can influence physical or virtual environments.
Below is information regarding the AI tool we use, the employment decisions the AI influences or facilitates, the purposes for which we use the AI tool, the categories of personal information or employee data the AI tool collects or processes, the types of positions for which we use AI, a point of contact for questions about our use of AI, and information about your right to request a reasonable accommodation.
2. The AI Tool We Use
The AI tool we use is called ConverzAI. It was developed and is serviced by ConverzAI.
3. The Employment Decisions AI Influences or Facilitates
We use AI to influence or facilitate decisions regarding hiring and compensation. Specifically, we use AI to conduct initial reviews of job applicants to assess how their skills match the positions for which they applied, as well as in connection with setting compensation.
4. Purposes For Which We Use AI
We use AI to evaluate candidates efficiently and consistently, to match qualifications to job requirements, and to support structured and equitable compensation determinations. Our use of AI is limited to purposes that are reasonably necessary and proportionate to these objectives.
5. Personal Information Used
Depending on the role, AI may process identifiers such as name and contact information, as well as professional, employment, and education information, including work history, qualifications, and skills. It may also process assessment results, such as job-related tests or evaluations, and, where applicable, limited internet or network activity collected during the application process. The AI may generate inferences about qualifications or job-related characteristics based on this information.
6. Types of Positions Impacted
We may use AI to influence or facilitate decisions regarding all types of positions.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request, as a reasonable accommodation, that we alter our use of AI, or abstain from using it, to influence or facilitate decisions regarding your hiring and/or compensation.

Our accommodation request process is: Upon receipt of your request, we will confirm receipt and review your request. Where applicable, we will provide an alternative selection process that does not rely on automated employment decision tools, which may include manual review by recruiting personnel.
