Our screening is tailored to the role and assignment: we screen for relevant bench experience and objective credentials, review available documentation, and coordinate applicable client-specific requirements. Depending on the role, that may include ASCP or equivalent certification, state licensure, background screening and applicable exclusion screening. Equiliem may conduct role-relevant skills testing and provide available results to support the client’s review. The laboratory retains responsibility for competency assessment required under CLIA.
